If I could give them no starts I would . Please be advised they are a scam. I was previously renting from an agent name GAYLE SHORT. Gayle Short was the worst landlord I have ever dealt with to the point I had to terminate my lease . Gayle Short never keeps up with her property’s to the Point I had a leaving dishwasher for more than four months with no response. She never contacts you u less she is trying to scam you out of some money . Please be advised she is a scammer.

I’m an agent with onyx realty, and I reached out to Jim King to show a property. He asked for my license card which I didn’t have handy, and ignored me. Then called me and didn’t say anything when I picked up. Sent a message after he didn’t say anything, and he has his read receipts on. Ignored my messages when I asked if I can show the place. *UPDATE* it has been over 6 years since I had a one-year lease with this company. I have since lived in 4 other rentals, each with a different apartment or propety company, and now currently am living in a home I own. My opinion has not changed ONE bit about how terrible this company was to work with. I use them as an example of what to avoid and look for when searching. I have asked one of the realtors to remove my home from the Rein website, she has removed all but 1. My home is not for sale nor was she my agent when I purchased the home. She has continued to ignore my request to remove the picture of my home. I don't feel comfortable with this situation.
