Updated Response:.It is beyond frustrating with the utter lack of responsibility demonstrated by your company. Not once have you taken even an ounce of accountability for letting my truck run continuously for 2 days. I have used this company on several occasions. The last time was just recently when I had damage to my box truck. I asked my insurance if I could choose who to use. I got my insurance approval to bring my truck to this shop for repairs. The estimate started out at $12,000 and ended up at $18,000. I had called to ask questions during this time, and was yelled at by the manager. I could not believe the way he talks to his customer. All Pro took care of my 2020 Silverado after a fender bender. It’s looks the same as the day I bought it. The pictures don’t do their services justice.. Ryan and his team were very friendly and did amazing work.
My husband picked up his truck last week. We were driving on the freeway in traffic to a wedding Friday when we noticed the tunnel cover flopping. We pulled over to find that it had been removed when the body work was done and reinstalled backwards! Plus some of the clips that hold the railing down are missing, therefore the cover isn’t secure once we took it off and put back on the right direction.
