We went with no working furnace is June/July for 2 weeks. That's how long it took them to get it fixed. Would of even took longer if I didn't email them to find out what was going on. It took them from that time til August to get a new dishwasher then from August to September before the maintenance company they use to come out and install it then another 4 weeks before they came out to finish it and it's still not working. The place was dirty upon moving in. There are stains on the walls, hooks, nails and screws in the walls from pervious renter. Stains on the carpet in every room. Absolutely nothing was cleaned before we moved in. They just left it after previous renters moved out. Dishwasher doesn't dry, more than half the light bulbs were burned out. One of the bathrooms had dirt all over the floor. Paint is peeling on front porch. Back porch has mold going on it. All Pro has courteous,professional and patient employees. They are willing to go the extra mile. Karen showed us our house after hours to accommodate our schedule. She always returned my calls in a timely manner. When we moved in we had certain issues which were addressed immediately. I highly recommend all pro to anyone that is looking for a rental. Alec M.

We have recently started renting with All Pro Property Management in transition between houses. Their staff couldn't have been more helpful and the house we are calling home couldn't be any more perfect for our family. I would highly suggest All Pro to any one looking to rent.
