He planned to come the very next day but we had a power outage so he came the following. He was prompt, courteous and the consummate professional. I was quite shocked. I called to request a quote for a commercial building, but he responded by saying I was annoying and acted very rudely.
My mother just had her garage door repaired by this company on 10/13/23. It broke again by Saturday 10/14/23. She’s been calling and calling to see if someone can come out to fix. No Answer. My mother is a senior citizen on a fixed income. She just paid $700 to fix this, now she has to pay another company, another $700 to refix this garage door! This blows! Bad service, $700 down the drain!
