Polite and honest. Not the cheapest HVAC service out there or most expensive. They pointed out issues about installation that others either didn't catch, or assumed I wouldn't want to know about because they might lead to greater costs. Best of all, they were responsive. Any time I've gotten in touch, they've gotten back to me within a matter of hours. If they don't get back to you, don't give them a bad review (like one reviewer did).
