****** and his crew did a top-notch job installing our new flooring this past week, and refinishing the existing flooring to match beautifully. It was a very large job, and they handled it with the utmost professionalism and concern for quality. Even after the job was complete and paid for, ****** still made sure to come by at our request for things we didn't catch intially, and took care of every detail. Highly recommend ****** and his company!

I had this company scheduled to do a hardwood flooring project for me. They showed up and claimed the floor was wet. I had the floor tested with 3 different meters and the flooring was not wet. They then never showed up to complete the job and then when they finally did return my call they hung up on me. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do not use!!!! They cost me money and time and were extremely rude. Worst experience ever.
All Pro are not pros! Job was to repair and refinish hardwood floor. They put down the wrong finish then while sanding between coats, sanded down through the stain leaving large bare spots of wood showing. When stopped to discuss the problem he threw up his hands and quit, walked off the job leaving a mess.
Excellent work, beautiful results. Old world precision craftsmanship, I couldn't be happier with my new hardwood floors. The team was polite, and friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in wood floor installation and finishing.
