Chad came by a few years ago for duct cleaning, and I had a good experience. Recently, I called him to schedule an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. He showed up and told me that he would be back the following day because they did not have a long ladder to reach the roof. Chad was supposed to return the next day but didn't show up. Showed up on time. Darwin was super professional and also offered some tips and insight on how to keep junk from falling into my vents. He explained how everything going to go. They were even quite as they could be while I was taking a test.
Did not show up for appointment and did not call me back to reschedule.
