They should do as they advertise. I bought a UTV from them that was missing parts to it. They said they would get the parts mailed out to me, they never did. I called them numerous other times and still nothing. Poor customer service, for sure. I will never buy from them again or will I refer. I highly suggest you look else where when your ready to purchase.

You use some really harsh words and people who know me know i do not lie, so do not appreciate the harsh words. Look if a customer wants to order parts from us and we can access them why wouldn't we order the parts. That is the business we are in.

Bought a new golf cart in 2012 from all pro, before it changed hands. Had done business with them for years. Sent the same golf cart in for them to check clutch front and back. And to change brakes and drums and oil change. Got a call saying the noise was from a tire rubbing on leaf spring and needed spacers, Same same tires that was on when i bought it, put in spacers and said i just needed my brakes adjusted, i knew better and told them to replace brakes and drums. Extremely disappointed in the way they do business. My family purchased $15,000 in carts from them about 4 years ago. At that point they would bend over back wards for you. I sent my mom back to get a replacement wheel. They tried to tell her she needed a whole new set and that the wheel couldn't be replaced. I did a quick google search and purchased one for $100.00. They also charged her $35 to check the tire out after she told them what the problem was. Needless to say they have lost our trust and out business.
Very helpful picking out my first golf cart. They stayed late to help me out and gave first class service.
