Stopped in because I needed a gel polish change on one nail that chipped while traveling for a wedding. I was told unless I got my nails done there, I couldn’t pay somebody to change the polish on one finger. I’ve never heard of such a thing or been hollered at across a nail salon without even considering providing a service.

I walked in for a pedicure and acrylic fill, they have around 18 pedicure chairs only 3-4 people working in the salon. The pedicure chairs were OKAY, and the pedicure itself was also just okay, I paid extra for one of the upgraded pedicures and don’t feel as though I got my money’s worth. My main issue is with my fill. I requested an acrylic fill, and she dipped my nails instead. absolutely terrible. left with not even one nail that was even. not even sure if my dude had his license that’s how terrible they were. go anywhere else.

I wanted to like this place as the ladies are really nice, but I will not be returning. For starters, I had an appointment at a specific time, but they were short staffed (at least it seemed) and didn’t start my service until 25 minutes later. Also, one of the technicians was running around without shoes on, which I felt was kind of odd. My manicure looks awful - you can still see some red from my previous manicure poking through, and it just looks sloppy. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued. My nails looked elegant and natural. I will be returning very soon.
