Patrick Samuels is actively trying to hire office assistants for $12 an hour to slave away for him. Embarrassing. Stay away from this place. I do not work for him, nor would I recommend anyone to work with him.
Great experience with Patrick! The other realtor for the house we bought was incredibly disorganized so we almost lost our dream home but Patrick worked hard in securing our dream home and held our hand through the stressful experience of home buying. If we ever move again (we hopefully never will), we will gladly use Patrick and Tanya again.
