All Point Realty takes care of it's vendors. The owner makes sure the money to pay for the service is in their account before we do any work. He then personally inspects the work himself to make sure it is done properly for his clients.
This company is a joke, a BAD joke!!! They gave the tenants all the passes possible, making them think it was ok to pay rent late with no fees applied, even after an eviction notice had to be sent. They had no key to the property, only the tenant did. And they didnt follow the information set out in the contract. It was a mess for 2yrs. The best choice I made was firing them. Do NOT use this "management" company!!!
