Dr. Mick Engle was very friendly and thorough explaining things on a consult. He took his time and provided a physical sketch in order to provide understandable delivery of the information.
I write this review with a heavy heart (and some long deliberation). The physicians at this facility treated me with courtesy and kindness in my multiple visits at their facility in May - July of 2018. Their staff was not very good at following through on calls and requests, but they were good at interacting with my insurance and getting me cleared for my MRIs. Beyond irritated with the their calling to schedule and help new patients. I have been trying for well over a month and a half to schedule botox for my migraines which I received earlier in the year by another doctor. I am well over a month beyond my need for botox. I have called nearly every day and there is always excuses to why they cant help me. I am STILL waiting to be scheduled. It is the worst when you have migraines and no one will try to help you.
