UPDATE 8/24/24. 2 years since All Ply installed a new roof, it has developed a leak. I called All Ply and was told that they wouldn't be able to get to looking until a month out. I am appalled by the response as the leak is causing interior damage and can't wait 1 month for them to respond. Be wary for the post care responses for existing customers.
