The tech made me feel very uncomfortable by following when he asked for payment. I felt like I was being robbed on the highway. They quoted one price and didn't tell me they would charge a separate fee $150.00 for reinstalling the toilet they removed on top off a 500.00 an hr fee. My 15 yr old son could have installed if they had given me that info before hand that it was a separate fee and it wasn't included in the 500.00 an hr minimum for my service. I totally regret using this company. Call a different one if you can.

These guys just scammed a friend of mine. I’m going out to show the owner how to change a faulty gfci ground fault plug tomorrow. They were charged several hundred dollars and the problem was not resolved. Stay far away from this business. Shame on them.

Broken faucet in our food truck. Clarence himself came out and gave a big long talk of how hard it probably would be. Said it would be $500, because of the difficulty, and while my son went to get MORE MONEY, he fixed it and was sitting in his truck waiting for the money. Total time- LESS THAN AN HOUR - AND WE HAD THE PART. WHO CHARGES $500 AN HOUR????
