One of the most important qualities of a realtor is understanding the needs of his/her client. That said, Shelly Rappel, the owner of All Platinum, sold us the house that was virtually perfect for our needs. She also handled the inspection of the house in a most competent and professional manner, and even assisted in the inspection of the house that I was selling.
