I am a Realtor® that joined Shelly Rappel's agency, All Platinum Properties LLC. Nearly all listings are on the MLS. The real estate business is essentially is both the agents and the agency. Shelly is so nice to work with. She has been always available to help us to find the right investment properties in the area Looking forward to continue working with her.
One of the most important qualities of a realtor is understanding the needs of his/her client. That said, Shelly Rappel, the owner of All Platinum, sold us the house that was virtually perfect for our needs. She also handled the inspection of the house in a most competent and professional manner, and even assisted in the inspection of the house that I was selling. For my money, Shelly is the go-to real estate professional.
I've known Shelly Rappel since February of 2012. Shelly is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, thoughtful, easy to work with, and completely professional at all times. If you're looking for a realtor or if you know anyone who is in the market to buy or sell, I would highly recommend taking to Shelly and working with All Platinum Properties!
