i took in a sony z3 compact for a cracked screen and after 3 weeks got it back and the glass fell off on the way home - have taken it back 7 times, phone is now useless - terrible customer support and nothing but a run around - thanks for destroying a $700 phone! - do yourself a favor and find another repair shop
