What an unfortunate interaction with this company. I recommend Blu Roofing - the owner, Peter, answers the phone and gets the job done quickly and fairly. I would avoid this company like the plague. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. The office manager, Kendall is very unprofessional. She doesn’t have time to call people back but she does have time to threaten and harass them if she doesn’t like the review you leave.
I called this company to see if they had installed my roof several years prior and to let them know that I needed a repair per the information that I received from the realtor. I did not receive a response from this company so I left a review and moved on to a different company. Regardless of whether this company did my original roof or not I think they should have returned my call as a potential customer in need of a repair. This company installed a new roof on the property I bought about 3 years ago. It’s now leaking causing damage to the ceiling inside. I called them to come out for a repair estimate and to see if there was any sort of warranty and not only does no one answer the phone over there but no one returned my voicemail? Finding a good contractor is a complete nightmare. If you’re going to have a voicemail where you ask people to leave a message then please monitor your voicemail.
