By far the worst customer service on the planet. I tried to obtain my warranty information from my roof repair several years ago and they refused to help me. I called and talked to Mr. Robert Redford who was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. You would think something simple like obtaining warranty information wouldn't cause this much hassle. I also attempted to call the Owner Mark Davis but he never returned my call either. We started our deck, which was estimated to take 2 weeks. I'm on week 8 and the job is still incomplete. We attempted calling the company and multiple employees were no longer with the company. They have poor communication skills with a terrible quality of work. After the bank released the final payment they stopped showing up.

I desperately needed a new deck. Received a sales call and scheduled an appointment. Outstanding customer service from sales to scheduling. Professional, approachable and pleasant installers. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The installers took great care to ensure they picked up all debris, nails, etc. I have dogs and there was nothing left that could harm them. The work was done quickly and efficiently. My new deck is beautiful. I will be an All Phase customer for life.

I had a great experience with All Phase when they replaced 18 of my windows,a couple months ago. My windows had been replaced back in the 80's. However,long overdue for some new ones. I was recommended by a friend who had there roof replaced by them several years ago. The service was prompt and efficient. Anytime I had a question they responded quickly. I recommend them to friends and colleagues who need a good family run company for home improvements!

I had my roof replaced by A Phase. I was told about them from a neighbor who had they're siding replaced by them a few months prior. I called and they were at are home the next day for our roof estimate. All questions I had were answered and I was given the estimate that day. I decided to use thembfor my roof. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to replace my 4 inch gutters,with 6 inch,free of charge. I highly recommend this company. They were polite, efficient and jib well done. We were very pleased with our insulation installation. We assumed that our house is brick we didn't need to add insulation but we really needed it- Our power bill went down significantly and our house feels less drafty. They threw in an energy barrier for free. I especially like that the air or hear isn't coming on constantly! I've already reccommended y'all to several co-workers and friends.

I had both roof and gutters replaced and was extremely pleased with the job these guys did. Every phase of the project they completed on time and the work was flawless. I would totally recommend.

One of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. I set up an appointment with them for Sunday. They called the day before to verify.. Then never showed up. I called to let them know the sales rep never showed and they sent him out later in the afternoon. We ended up signing an agreement and were supposed to have someone come out to measure all of our windows for replacement. They never showed up again. NO call. nothing.
