Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Frankie for the past 7 years. No matter what he was going through, you always welcomed him with open arms and treated him with kindness, compassion, and so much love. Giving this vet location a one-star. The communication is horrible. I have called the vet, for a refill for my pup's eye medication. I gave the receptionist all the details, about what I needed. They pathetically gave me a call two weeks after to ask if I still needed it. I won't be taking any of my pets there, even tho it's five minutes from where I live.
Have seen Dr.Reimer for yrs with a variety of pets for my family and a pet rescue and adoption ctr from tiny to lg. He is my most loved vet I have ever met. Great w/patients and any people. Explains everything in a way anyone can understand. Both vets are wonderful and so are all the staff. So happy he opened his own ofc yrs ago, because I loved him from the beginning, but I didn't like the ofc. Recently took my 9 month kittens to get spayed and fix a hernia. This location was the one closest to me with the best reviews and they did not disappoint. The staff and there procedures were amazing. They kept me updated on the surgeries and we'll being of my babies. And that helped me so much. Kept me saine while they were gone.
