Had our poor parakeet euthanized here, and it was quick and gentle. Will never forget him...such a sweetheart. Dr. Patricia Woodie is the only local area vet that works with birds. Feel blessed to have a least one.
Recently moved to the area and did not have a vet yet. Maks needed a priority appt and we were able to get in the same day. He’s not very good at the vet but they took great care of him and he did really well. Would recommend!
Both Dr. Shontz and Dr Lazik are excellent vets and have been my vets locally in MD for a few years. They have opened their own practice in Smyrna DE. I highly recommend their skills, they are great with surgery issues, rehab equipment for your pet and the love and care is outstanding. The staff is great as well. 3 of the techs that worked here locally went with them, so I am very comfortable taking my Snickers there. Only 30 minute drive, a straight shot from my home.
