Due to covid, we waited in car 5 1/2 hours. First question asked it may be $900;00 is that alright. Would not take printed file on my pet that my vet had printed out. Bill was over $700.00, no personal contact, wants all info emailed. Next visit (which I cancelled) could cost #1000.00 and they don't take cash or checks and cr card info will be taken over phone. I personally like to see the people who are taking care of my baby. I will not be returning to this VCA.
