I brought my dog there for a dental cleaning and was told he needed to either have a bath or full groom to go along with it. I chose the grooming. When I picked him up I was told his teeth weren’t bad enough to do a cleaning. I wish I was told that before he was groomed because I wouldn’t have had him groomed. Other than that they were very nice.

We have been taking our Wheaten Terrier, Cooper here for the last year. We had attempted to have him groomed at many other groomers prior to trying them...it was a disaster. I did the walk of shame every time I picked him up and a couple declined to groom him ever again. They said he was too hyper....he didn’t like the bath etc. When I called to make our first appointment I explained the situation to Catrina before taking him in. I had an appointment (and an email confirmation) for 7pm. I drove 35 minutes to this groomer and the doors were closed and the lights were off. I called the next day to speak with the staff and I was aggressively told I was wrong and my appointment was 6:30pm even though I had the 7pm appointment in writing. The woman was nasty and then hung up on me and didn’t even offer to fix the situation or set me up with a new appointment. Then when I called back the person hit the decline button on the phone. Everything! Our dog Niki loves going! Catrina is the best! She treats her as if she is her own. It is clean and Niki always looks very well groomed When finished. We also used her for grooming and sent us a picture of her sleeping in Catrinas bedroom! She came home happy, which told her she had a great experience! I would highly recommend her! Your dog will be very happy!😃 !
Absolutely love Catrina !! She is very accommodating and treats my Freddy like he’s her own !! Hands down best groomer in town
