I would NEVER use this company again. They use scare tactics to convince you that you need their services. I heard some scratching in my walls, so I had them come out to assess the situation. The guy told me matter of factly that I had “rats.” So of course, I wanted to jump on this immediately. Their pricing was ridiculously high. However, I wanted this resolved immediately.
