0 out of 5 stars. Canceled on us one minute after they were suppose to be here. We’ve had the appointment set up for a week. Luckily earlywhine got us in the same day we called a little more expensive but apparently you get what you pay for.

Sorry for the inconvenience. We had a positive covid19 test and we are awaiting the results for the rest of our employees. Sorry again we had to cancel but I don't think you would want someone in your home with a positive test. That is why we had to cancel.

They were completely honest on knowing what they were doing in inspecting my rental apartment for a certain pest that I was praying they didn't see signs of & they didn't, which was a good thing!

We had fantastic customer service from the start... they were so honest and friendly from the first phone call that I neglected to call around to 'price shop' and to top it off they resprayed after we still had some critters trying to linger around! (We have a tough country spray) I look forward to using them from year to year! Thanks so much!
