In Dec 2016, I signed the contract to install the awning and pavers for the new house that we purchased. I paid them 50% of the project. The salesman, Carl, told us that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. In January, I called the salesman and he referred me to the project manager, Mike, he told me to not worry and the awning will be completed soon. In May, they started installing the awning. First of all the patio cover was bought through a third party who is not part of our company who then contracted with our company to build a patio cover. We had to wait for months for the deep snow in the yard and deep mud. When we were finally able to proceed work was stopped due to electrical that need to be run which took a few more weeks. Extremely unhappy with process that began with 2 of the 3 post holes being dug in the wrong place in our concrete patio, weeks of being passed back and forth between the salesman and designer, then once installed we find out from the building inspector the rafters do not meet the span requirements and a structural engineer will need to be called in to the project. All this for $14,500; Only to find out from the contractors board the company has a License Monetary Limit of $10,000. Buyer beware. Lisa W.
We hired all out Patio on your & and salesman's pitch. We gave 1/2 down as we just missed the deadline to submit plans to our HOA. We have now waited another month for plans and have not received them yet. I texted, and got a vague response from engineering, then a follow up text from sales rep that just asked if our needs had been met. I said no and was worried about meeting the deadline No further contact and a missed deadline and no plans. Poor company to recommend .
