I met him personally, he was a very awesome guy, really honest every word he says, you can trust it. His work He puts his heart more than his heart. It's sweat and blood in it. He even gave me some advice on the business. I am trying to run really cool guy
Not good customer service when it comes to insurance claims.
Jordan was very helpful with the entire process start to finish. After suffering damage from the July 2024 windstorm, I had no idea how to move forward with a claim. He walked me through the process and even helped me negotiate with my insurance company after they initially denied my claim. After the claim was approved it did take awhile to get the work done on my roof. The wait was worth it and the crew they sent were friendly and very respectful of my property. I will be sure to recommend Jordan and his team in the future.
