I have not one complaint about my experience with AOTR. Hillari is very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all of my inquiries and requests. The delivery and pick up team came in and did their thing with no issues. One of the cocktail tables I rented was missing a piece on the bottom of the leg, so it made the table wobble. I expressed this to one of their guys. After his other deliveries, he went back to their shop, got the piece for the table leg, came back, put it on, and all was well. We have used All Occasion Tent Rental for the last few years to add chairs to quite a few assemblies at our school. It is very easy to order, speak with customer service for delivery and pick-up. Everyone is very friendly and work hard to get things delivered and picked up in a timely manner. We will continue to use them for our school needs.
