The worst service I've ever received. Ordered a tent the day before my wedding, Michael said he'd call me back shortly with credit approval and a delivery time. I emailed six hours later canceling because he hadn't gotten back to me. An hour after that, which is now almost 7pm, they call and ask when they can delivery. Michael didn't respond to my emails for SEVEN days. He is refusing to reverse the charges on my credit card. Long story short it was a $965 mistake in judgement on my part. The best you will ever find! The equipment is beautiful, the service is amazing and the owners are the kindest people with very big hearts. (I've experienced their generosity personally). We have done a lot of weddings & events at our venue and All Occasion rentals is by far the best.
I work at 2 different venues as an event coordinator and I been ordering chairs from them and honestly they are the best. The equipment is in great shape everything looks new I'm a very happy client.
