My mom is a client and she absolutely loves the care she gets she can't ask for anyone better for getting the help she needs. She highly recommend all needs senior service they go way above and beyond to give her the care she needs.
They don't show up when scheduled, don't return your calls, don't answer the phone or return voicemail. Missed 18 scheduled appointments in 10 months. Unreliable and some CNA are poorly trained. Some billings are incorrect.
Called them twice and they never return the phone call so it makes it hard to use them to care for a loved one
I love helping our veterans. Great company everyone is always willing to help
