The All Nation crew was excellent. They responded quickly to my phone call when I was panicing, and told me what I should do, and scheduled an evaluation in a timely fashion. The supervisor explained everything in detail, including the process after they were finished with their work. They were polite, profressional and worked diligently. They even alerted me to an unrelated plumbing issue that couldn't have caused problems in the future if left unaddressed.
My wife and I returned from a vacation to find a water pipe had begun leaking, and soaked carpets and flooring. All Nation extracted water from the carpets and set-up fans and humidifiers to dry the place out. They also helped us locate the leak, and returned after it was repaired to remove the unsalvagable carpet, check baseboards for mold and do further mitigation. Everyone was very nice and responsive. However, there were a few problems. The first was just my email getting taken down wrong. Basically just took me longer to get the quote and with form but ultimately the project still started on time. There was also a misunderstanding on what needed to be removed and they ultimately removed too much drywall. This would not have been a problem but they also do not replace the drywall for you. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and use these guys. I have never worked with another company that cares SO MUCH about their customers. I don't even know where to begin. We reached out because we saw evidence of a water leak.
