Charged me 3,000.00 for a 6 mile move. A 453.00 charge for gas for 6 miles. Seems sketchy. Your guys also let my roommate sign my credit card authorization form without my consent or telling her what it was while I was at work. I’m getting you for fraud when the banks reopen. Someone does seriously need to reach out to me to get this resolved. EDIT: my bank refunded my money. I had them move me from an a one bedroom apartment to a house. The apartment was only 700 sq ft and they took 10 hours to move everything, then charged me $2,465. Never Again!
The Movers were kind, strong, and did an absolutely amazing job!
We had a move on 9/19/2016 and honestly, we should have fired them within the first 5 minutes of them walking the door. They came with no straps, no utility dolly, these two guys genuinely seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They started with the fridge, no blanket between the fridge and dolly, and then once they got it rolling they dropped it.
