I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ALL MY SONS MOVING COMPANY. Not only does the price your given over the phone when booking the service changes when time to pay, they don’t fully move your items. All my boxes were dropped off in my kitchen and they left, leaving me to move my boxes on my own. Secondly, not all items were removed all truck. Once filed a claim about missing items, they offer you basically nothing to replace missing items or anything to cover the cost of painting for the scuffs they caused. Houston and his crew were great. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They earned all 3 of the stars i am giving. As a whole I wasn't really pleased with the company. The rep that contacted me put on a good bit of pressure to boom immediately, and pitched a specific rate. After agreeing to go with all my sons, I heard nothing until the week of the move where the person confirming the move informed me that they will be adding an extra person to the crew, which was a 50 dollar up charge, informed me on this call, ... read more

SCAMMERS!!! I have been trying to resolve a major issue I had with my move for over a month now. They promise to make it right by scheduling times to talk, responding to google reviews saying to email and call. I have sent ~5 emails with no response to any. Called multiple times, they say someone is going to call me back and they never do or they say hold on while we transfer your call and it automatically discontinues. Dont trust this company with your move, horrible customer service.
