Tons of hidden fees. Men stopped at a gas station for drinks on the way to the new place and one literally used my bathroom for 15+ minutes. All while on the clock that you pay for because they have a “two hour minimum”. Plus you have to pay an extra hours worth of time for the time there and back. Paid $230 for materials to wrap a table and mattress and dresser. To move my 1 bed 1 bath cost $985.
They did a great job! In and out in record time, very efficient and professional team.

The mover, Michael Kelly was incredible, he was not only giving grade a customer service, he was speedy, professional and polite. He did the work of two men, as his partner who seemed he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. He was the driver/ apparent lead, named Aaron, he carried nothing over 20 lbs that he didn’t have to help Michael with. Not only that, but Aaron was charging fees that were not needed ($109 for tape) without asking how we wanted to proceed.
