Can’t get through when trying to call (and it’s automated) I’ve tried calling about 15 times now. Takes over an hour and the front office staff is either rude or doesn’t really acknowledge you. The doctors are fine. I miss my old pediatric office for my kids they were super. I had no choice but to leave them due to insurance. So frustrating and if I had a choice I wouldn’t be taking my kids to this one that’s for sure. Still looking for another office but with no luck
We want to let our patients know we are open. Spectrum services for our business has become quite horrible and they have been having issues getting our phones up and operational since last week. We are accepting walk ins if you cannot get through.
