Order oil filters for my Dodge Challenger by the website I should receive them in a couple of days and should get a tracking number after placing order to see progress of shipment. There website says in stock and was not. . They took my money and now want answer me and has not refunded my money.
This has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order of “in-stock” parts. 7 or so days later, I inquired as to the status as it still said it was in progress. I was told it “should” be shipping out the next day. 3 days later, no shipping same deal. The response, waiting on one of the (in-stock) parts to get there, 2-3 more days. When order the company gave wrong faster delivery date to get people to order from their website but Part arrive more than 2 weeks late and I already mentioned that no longer need since it way pass the day suppose to deliver was advised to wait to get the part and return but once arrived the website refer to the return policy of no return for electrical part. So what am I supposed to do with a part I dont need.
Do not order from this company. I put in order# and they said there was no order placed but my bank account says it was payed to this company. I called customer service and put me on hold for 35 minutes and never respond even after one hour. I rate them a (o) I just lost 275.00 Never again. Stay away from this business. SCAM
FAST FREE SHIPPING! Ordered on 1/26/22 and the package was delivered on 1/29/22. I will order from this company again and again.
Paid for the "overnight" shipping. Still haven't received my order and its been a week. Disappointing!!!
After spending $80 + $24 shipping for the "oem" cargo liner mat for my '19 Jeep Compass... it didn't even ALMOST fit. Not even CLOSE. Sent detailed pics, was basically blown off and told i could pay to return it. So $48 spent in shipping to get an $80 refund? Nice scam. I didn't bother.
