Bob has thousands of dollars worth of my jewelry, and now the # is disconnected, and I hear he has closed shop. I am SO disappointed bc Bob has been doing business with my family since the 80s. Does anyone know how to get in touch with Bob, or at least the Apple Valley Mgmt?
Terrible experience and I know the store is closing but hope his review will help someone not fall victim like i did to this shops dishonesty. I bought a bracelet from this store that was fixed by soldering joints unfortunately I didn't notice when purchasing and we saw it Christmas day however the owner could have brought it to my attention instead of trying to get over on someone. Then when I reached out to him on Facebook which he posts multiple times a day he finally gets back to me and says he has difficulty communicati... read more
