Brian W was a lifesaver today, we came home after a hot weekend camping trip to no A/C at home! All Klear’s very friendly dispatch staff had someone out quickly and all was diagnosed and replaced in a time span of 4 hours! Brian was friendly and knowledgeable- he took time to explain the repair he had made and also explain the benefits of their annual maintenance plan to help avoid future mishaps!
Dakota and Rashad did an awesome job, they were so polite and efficient. So friendly, and I'm so glad I was able to get them out here the next day. I called late in the evening, doubting I would get an appointment the next day, but I did. Thank you so much, for your prompt great service!
