This is such a wonderful travel agency! They have a wide variety of tours and experiences to offer. They answered each and every question clearly; They helped us arrange our post stay accommodations, they communicated dietary needs, they sent extra directions we needed for our post stay days…literally anything and everything we needed. The itinerary was clearly laid out and the guide they set us up with, Kenta, was absolutely GOLDEN. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We had looked at quite a few tours for a trip to Japan. We chose All Japan Tours because they had such a wide variety of tours and also offered private tours. We chose a 10-day private package, and had an agent assigned to build an experience the way we wanted to have it. The communication was great! We even were able to alter portions of the tour to do the experiences that were included on the group tours but without the group population. The tour itself was so well-constructed. This tour / service was fantastic! This trip was for myself and my 18 y/o son. We were looking for a comprehensive tour for our first-time visit. We loved all the spots we got to see! There was a great balance of structure/itinerary vs free time that allowed us to explore the sites and surrounding areas based on our preference and pace. All accommodations were all excellent — hotels & tour bus.

AJT made our honeymoon the best possible experience we could have ever asked for! They had every single detailed laid out for us perfectly, from pick up at the airport to transport to different cities in the country, everything was figured out for us. Our guide in Tokyo, Ms. Barbara, was so great in getting us around the city and truly brought us to some amazing places. We had an 11 year old, 1 adult and one 75 year old in our group. The itinerary from Tokyo to Osaka was well paced and our guide, Trend San, was informative and attentive. Meals were delicious. Hotels were all 4 star and accommodated 3 people to a room. The tour is all inclusive so no upselling for side trips in addition to what we paid for the tour and no tipping which is a boon in all of Japan. N.B., the registration form for AJT did not prompt us to request dietary restrictions so we had difficult avoiding foods on the gen... read more
