Fabulous experience! Went on a dolphin tour with Tyson as our guide, he was professional, courteous and funny. We saw many dolphin and had a great time. The staff were all very professional and took time to explain safety rules to ensure we had the best experience. We came back from our tour and spent the day lounging on beach chairs! Highly recommend this location!
This place is pretty affordable. But remember you get what you pay for. Had a negative experience here yesterday with jet skiing + parasailing. It was right before 11 and they were extremely busy...and rude, and unprepared -- we rented 3 jet skis and only ended up getting to rent one, so 4 out of our party of 6 missed out. Canceled parasailing due to the jet ski experience. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the owner gave us free slushes afterwards.
Left our hotel on other end of island to go to this place for a scheduled jet ski tour where they had already took my credit card information to hold spots for my family. We get there after waiting 20 minutes in line and they tell us they overbooked us & they have no skis available for us. Very poor service ... really ruined our day!! There was another family there arguing with them, so I am assuming they screwed something up for them also.
We had an excellent time with Tyson....saw lots of dolphins!�
We did the dolphin tour last week and it was amazing!!! A family of dolphins followed us and let us watch them for at least a half hour. On our way back we saw a few more. It's indescribable how cool it is to see wild dolphins get so close to you!! Our guide was awesome as well!! Very friendly staff. Thank you!!
We had a great Tour today with our super guide, Tyson. We saw a lot of dolphins and had a great time on the jet ski's���
