Lost my keys overboard which left me stranded at work. Paul came out right away, got me into my car and cut me a new key. I can't thank them enough.
2 weeks after having a crap experience of trying to get back in my house when locked out in the cold and I still don't have a functioning deadbolt.. everytime I call Odell gives me the run around and has to schedule atleast two days out from my phone call putting us closer to another week going by.. hes been here once to change it already too and said the deadbolt was defective and he didn't have another onhand.. super frustrating and not the kind of service I was expecting by a place I was recommended to by more then one pe... read more
Sick kid �Lock keys in car � Dog in car �USAA on point with service �15mins until unlock time.....eventful Thursday. Update: All Island Lock and Key was expedient, friendly and super easy to work with. Arrived at vehicle faster then quoted time and took less then ten minutes to unlock car, get information needed, signatures taken and before taking off wished me a farewell! Well done.
Got a second key for my truck in minutes, and for a great price!
Called and woke the guy "on duty" up and he came to my place and got me inside in no time! Thanks again!
