I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance, girl said yes, made me an appointment. Over 3 weeks go by no phone call. I confirmed my appointment , take off from work and when I go in for appointment, girl says " I'm sorry , we don't take your insurance". In today's technology this should of not been over looked!! I lost a days pay due to that workers mistake!! Great mess up All Island Dermatology!!

My first time going to All Island dermatology. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I saw Kelsey, who was super nice and sweet. Will definitely go back and highly recommendable !

Kelly was having a bad day! I will never go back again. She was rude and failed to answer any of our questions. But was nice enough to tell us that the plastic surgeon did not take our insurance. That was not one of our questions. After she left the room, her assistant apologized and told us she was having a bad day.
