I had a disappointing experience with In Truck Parts. Dave, the person I interacted with, was rude, borderline racist, and extremely arrogant. His attitude made the entire interaction unpleasant, and I did not feel respected as a customer. Thankfully, Marc stepped in after Dave walked away and made me feel better about the situation. I own and operate multiple trucks, and I rely on dependable, respectful service to keep my business running. Actually they couldn't provide what I needed but we're very helpful and gave me the part numbers, called my local Maple store and got what I needed from their assistance would use them again A Plus
