Been coming here for a long time (>15 years) but recently switched. They've become FAR too pushy about x-rays, demanding an x-ray every dental visit and refusing to provide service otherwise. When questioned the dentist (who shall go unnamed) goes into "medical gaslighting" mode and insists that x-rays should be done as regularly as possible. It feels like medical orthodoxy and financial incentives are being placed above patient experience and well-being. Very disappointing.
Really appreciate the time and care they take with patients. They are also very reliable and trustworthy which is often hard to find these days with dentists.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. James Huang is a great dentist, he recently placed a new crown which was done same day. The crown wasn’t quite rite the first time, but without hesitation the office scheduled me for a follow up when I called. Dr. James Huang placed a new crown and it fits and feels great. If you’re looking for a new Dentist, this is the place to go!
Dr. Joan did my cleaning and was so patient and kind. She asked if I had any concerns and also reassured my xray findings were benign. Cleaning was exceptional as usual
