I highly recommend Jim's shop for routine car maintenance and repairs. On top of their great service, they also handle state safety and emissions testing. The shop went a period without a certified safety inspector, but Jim has one now. Just note that the inspector isn’t there all day, so it operates by appointment. Make sure to call ahead to lock in a time slot. It’s so much more convenient than most of inspection stations where you have to wait in a first-come, first-served line.
They seem very reasonable and fair on diagnosis and subsequent repairs.
I've been using Chantilly Steering for my car repairs and maintenance, and I’m really happy with their service. Jim is very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. He takes the time to explain what’s actually needed and doesn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. It’s a small business, and you can tell they really care about doing the job right.
