Travis inspected our future home with great care and attention to detail. He made sure we would not regret our investment. He was able to identify issues I would have never thought to look for. His written report was prompt, thorough, and easy to understand.
We used Travis Westerfield of Wildcat Home Inspections to 'reinspect' what another inspection service had done. We found Travis to be thorough and professional to the umpteenth degree. His report was well done and he was quick to respond to any questions we might have. He had photos to correspond with the detailed report. We highly recommend this integral inspector.
Wildcat home inspection is the worse inspection company ever! Do not use them, they’re extremely rude, not honest and very unprofessional! The inspector didn’t have the professionalism to tell us we couldn’t go inside to measure something that took 10 mins of his time. He also Cancelled the inspection and didn’t even tell us and left.
