I needed a new Water Heater and other plumbing issues and " Gus " was my service tech . I cannot express how Gus took care of my plumbing problems and explained everything he was doing , cleaned up like no one was here and was so nice and thoughtful to my needs and what I expected and he did not disappoint. I trusted this company All hearth in Lancaster because of previous work they did for me. But as of now not sure anymore because the last time I had issues at the beginning of the year they fixed my heating issues and suggested I get the membership where they can service my unit before or during summer, I agreed. My air conditioning was cooling very well until they serviced it, and now it completely shuts down after service leaving me with no Air Conditioning in this hot summer and wanting me to replace part that will amount ... read more
We were very happy with the service from our technician, Brock. He arrived in a timely manner, was professional and courteous. Brock was very knowledgeable in regards to our HVAC system and provided additional information that was helpful. We highly recommend All Heart as their customer service is great and they are up front & honest about any issues or concerns.
This is the 2nd time I had All Heart come out to my house and im just as pleased as the first time. Ruben is my preferred technician, and he went above and beyond. He explained to me in detail what is going on with my AC unit and what will need to be done in the future. My unit is an older unit, and instead of telling me I need a new one, Ruben explained to me that the unit can me band back into a "like new" condition.
