I called all heart and they set up a same day appointment to come out and diagnose my air conditioner. They sent a text prior to the techs arrival with the techs picture, Full name, and a short background of the technician. Adrian showed up right on time and kept me updated to what he was doing and why the entire time he was at my house. He had my air conditioner working in 15 min from his arrival, turned out there was a bad fuse in my disconnect box. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue with my HVAC system before fixing it. The repair was done efficiently and the system is running perfectly now.
