Adrian came out promptly during the appointment time to fix a short in the a/c. He did a thorough service, located the issue, and fixed it. He placed a rug at the entrance door and wore shoe covers inside—he really respected my home. All Heart installed our new heater two years ago, and we have been satisfied customers ever since.

Called for a blown fuse on AC. They instead red tagged my heater and disabled the whole system. Quoted me 15k for a whole new system. Kick them out asap and get a second opinion.
Received a text stating the guys were on the way. Text included a photo of the lead technician and some information about him. The technicians Christian and Logan arrived on time and completed the installation with professionalism and attention to detail. Overall great experience.
