I currently store some of my house items here. The units are in a secure fenced in facility with cameras all over. I appreciate the fact that it's also all paved and plowed in the winter.

We stored all of our household items here for about 2 years while out of state traveling. It was an excellent storage experience -clean facility with good security, gated facility, gate code required for entrance. No moisture or pest intrusion into our unit at any time. Prompt communication with management-any question I had I could text and would receive an answer quickly. Auto payment and online account management available. We would use this facility again without question. Thank you for keeping our items secure!

I have units here, have had for years. I have never had an issue with the owners or the staff. They have at least 3 locations here in Sheridan. The owner Lance, takes care of his properties and is always available for his customers. His son Nolan is as well. The office at Terra Avenue is only physically open from 9-11am Monday-Friday if you need to come in. Otherwise everything else is done by phone.
