paid 175$ for sofa cleaning - zero stains removed. disappointing and a waste of money
Winston did a fantastic job cleaning my 3 year old cream colored couch, which has been utilized daily by my family and very messy labrador retriever. I never thought the stains on the cushions would come clean but they looked brand new! He was very communicative, polite and offered me advise on spot remover and methods to keep the couch clean moving forward. I would highly recommend him!
AVOID All Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services at all costs! I hired them to clean my carpets, but they damaged them instead. The technician used too much water, and the carpets were left soaking wet. When I contacted them about the issue, they denied any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. The customer service is also unresponsive and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend All Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services to anyone.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services. I hired them to clean my carpets, but they did a poor job. The carpets were still dirty and stained after they finished, and they left a strong chemical smell that lingered for days. The price was also higher than quoted. I would not recommend All Green Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services to anyone.
The showed up on time. I Hired them for 2 carpets and 1 couch. Only one carpet was really dirty and the before and after pictures are attached, there's no real difference. It almost made no difference getting it cleaned, would have rather not gotten this service. I was expecting the professionals to let me know beforehand that they couldn't get it cleaned but they didn't, spent money for no reason....
