Do NOT use them. Made an appointment with them and they never showed up. When I called to find out where they were, I was told that they couldn't make it today. I never received a phone call. I asked when they would be servicing me and they told me they could fit me in 5 days later. No thanks! They don't seem to care about their customers.

Winston and his team member were prompt, kind, personable, and most importantly cleaned my carpet! I reached out to a bunch of companies to try and get a 9 1/2 x 6 area rug cleaned that I got on Facebook marketplace. Most companies were charging too much but another company (tulip carpet cleaning) got back to me first and told me one price over the phone and when they arrived, it was a completely different price- astronomical to say the least…and I had to send them away. Winston was great! Fit us in last minute and cleaned our entire couch and pillows. He also gave recommendations of products to use between cleanings to ensure the couch stays in pristine condition! Will definetly be using him again!
