i agree with a lot of these reviews. these people are SHADY. they picked up two of my rugs to clean before we moved across the country. they said it would take a week. the day before our move (TO CHICAGO!) we called because the carpets had not been returned. they didn't seem to care and asked if they could leave the carpets at a neighbors, not seeming to understand we were leaving the state. then they offered to ship the rugs for $50 each, reasonable. after we moved, they called to say they had made a mistake and that it wou... read more
We contacted All Green on the phone and they described their services and implied that the cost was at the minimum charge level. Their web site looks great and states they can remove all stains and can even dye the carpet to match if stained. When the tech. arrived and explained their service, he stated that the cost we expected would be nearly nothing. He would clean our 2,000 sq ft of carpet in about 20 minutes and use on pre-treatment.
