ZERO STARS- ************ is TERRIBLE! It began with the quote which did not include any information about it being a basic clean or how I would be charged more depending on the size of the room. The technician showed up and told me he would take 1.5 hours and upon walking in the door immediately started to upsell me from the $29/room to $100 for a "deep clean." This company is fraudulent and should be shut down immediately. They lie to the customer and will not respond to any issue. The management needs to be charged with fraud and serve jail time. They must be stopped to their harmful tactics on innocent customers.

Terrible job with the sofa cleaning. I spent $194 on a 2-person sofa for a shampoo cleaning. The sofa doesn't look any better. I contacted the company to explain my dissatisfaction and spoke to a Susan to hopefully get a recleaning, however, the rep was not interested in what I had to say and actually went on the offensive about how the call was recorded and she will be sending to the BBB. Arrived an hour late, was rude, the service tech did not have a uniform (this was the first call of the day, he was dressed in dirty/filthy jeans), the van was unmarked. It is clear that this company is outsourcing the work to independent contractors. Technician asked why we wanted the carpets cleaned as they appeared in great shape, but then turned around 5 minutes later and tried to upsell the service call. WE HIRED ALL GREEN IN SOUTH FLORIDA TO CLEAN TWO CLOTH COVERED SWIVEL CHAIRS AFTER BEING TOLD BY THEIR ANSWER SERVICE THAT THE CLEANING METHOD WAS STEAM CLEANING. WHEN THE CLEANING WAS BEING PERFORMED WE NOTED THAT THE METHOD WAS USING LARGE AMOUNTS OF TREATED WATER AND A SUCTION MACHINE NOT STEAM CLEANING.. I paid $250 dollars for carpet cleaning and sanitize. because it smelled bad because of our pet. THIS IS SOME KIND OF SCAM. CARPET RETURNED AFTER 1 WEEK, NOT CLEANED AND SMELLING HORRIBLE. REFUSED TO FIX PROBLEM AFTER NOT RETURNING MY CALLS FOR 10 DAYS. CARPET NEEDS TO BE THROWN OUT.
