I have been using them for 3 years and I have more weeds than I ever have before!!! I have complained each year. I have asked for a supervisor or the owner to come to my house to look at my yard and they have never showed up or made any attempt to set up a time to do so. This year is the second year for us using All Green lawn services for our home and yard. Having used several other local companies with really poor customer service, All Green stands head and shoulders above the rest!! They have the best customer service. Jessica is a delight and always so helpful and responsive to questions/concerns. Their rates are competitive, and I am always pleased with the work.
Poor communication/customer service. Didn't use them long enough to find out if their weed control and fertilizer program was any good. Recieved and accepted a bid from them for landscaping work and after three months of excuses as to why they couldn't come out I finally cancelled all services as I am looking for a company that can do it all.
We were customers for years. Last time they came we had more weeds than ever. Customer service has gone downhill also! Sadly we cancelled our service and switched companies!
Absolutely horrible service. My yard was full of weeds after 2 years of service with them. And when we cancelled our service they charged our credit card without our permission. We had to call our banks fraud department to fix it. Beware of this company’s lack of service, sub-standard lawn care and fraudulent business practices concerning credit card use.
Making my lawn look better. Have Poa Annua and other weeds and undesirable grasses. Did a real good job when I first signed on, but not good for the last couple of years. Called about the Poa problem a few weeks back, and they used round-up on it, and knocked out the bermuda as well. Not happy.
